Matteo Luigi Napolitano Ph.D.>/b> (full CV) is Professor of History of International Relations, Diplomacy and International Politics at the Università degli Studi del Molise (Campobasso, Italy); he is also an International Delegate of the Pontifical Committee of Historical Sciences. He has written many essays on Vatican diplomacy during the Second World War and the Holocaust (three of them translated abroad).
