Robert Lazu Kmita is a novelist and essayist with a PhD in Philosophy. His first novel, The Island without Seasons, was published by Os Justi Press in 2023. He coordinated a comprehensive Encyclopedia of J.R.R. Tolkien's World (in Romanian) and has published numerous philosophical and theological books, articles, and studies. He currently resides in Timisoara, Romania, with his wife and seven children.
