A note about technical issues with the CWR site

Dear Reader,

You have undoubtedly noticed that the Catholic World Report site has been difficult to access for several days. It has been timing out and not responsive for long stretches.

For various reasons, it has been struggling for a while now, and we’ve been working on both immediate and long-term solutions.

Unfortunately, it has become difficult and time-intensive to post pieces. And comments are equally difficult to access and approve.

I apologize for the site’s poor performance.

We will have updates soon as we work to fix the problems and improve the CWR site’s performance.

Pax Christi,

Carl E. Olson
Editor, Catholic World Report
