@ What Is the Church of England For?
If Pride Year is allowed to stand as a liturgical reality in any parish, that parish should not call itself a church (Carl Trueman).
Trueman makes the close analogy of the deterioration of the Church of England to signs of a similar day in the Church of Rome [a parody of Catholicism]. All the vacancy of real meaning from doctrine that the English mind’s fervor for individualist freedom brought about through the centuries since the 16th century Reformation.
It required centuries for England, whereas here in America the Land Of the Free, which unshackled itself from British rule is presently achieving in record time. If drag queen showmen are given respect by association, when our churches honor Pride, we’re allowing our sense of charity to accommodate evil.
That has been the overall trend within Catholicism, if not with blatant vulgarity as with the German Synod, nonetheless with pietistic accommodation by our current hierarchal leadership. We need a brakeman.
The CofE was created to be an elaborate by empty vessel for Tudor’s sexual incontinence, dissipation, theft and mass murder. You have to be a colossal sort of brazen to seek special permission to marry a woman, then to claim the marriage was invalid because the permission granted was invalid when she disappoints you. Only God knows if this arrogance was fueled by Leo X’s grant of the title “Fidei Defensor” to Henry in 1521, but if nothing else, its failure to age well should serve as warning to the current Leo about honoring civic rulers.
Since, its foundational premise was that a civil king, an occupant of that office through through it’s appropriation of the crown and the accident of his brother’s death. It retained, through Cranmer’s machinations a state religion. It was born to subordinate the church to the state and now that the state is subject to a homosexual hegemony that Tudor and Cranmer couldn’t imagine, it will adopt that as doctrine.
Our resident insidiously indifferentist theologian (I don’t traffic in passive aggression, so let me be clear-this is the disordered ideation of mrscracker) seems to believe this is (still) Christianity and that colonial independence was an unjust rebellion from the non-hereditary successor of the Tudor deformation as a good Christian man deserving of subjugation. I see however no evidence that she is willing to repent of her participation in this deprival of the British monarchs of their property. Of course, if I thought I was the rightful property of Charles, I would renounce my citizenship and make myself his subject with all that action would entail.

It takes someone on the stupidity level of Paglia and all his relativist cohorts to not grasp that God is not the idiot they are, which God would have to be to have deprived all humanity, past and present, inadequate objective knowledge of right and wrong.
