Monsignor Livio Melina is Ordinary Professor of Fundamental Moral Theology at the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family in Rome, where he served as President from 2006-2016. The Institute’s first President, appointed by Saint John Paul II, was Carlo Caffarra (1981-1995).
