Wherein Fox News completely misses the point

The result is some highly amusing television.

Providence College professor (and frequent CWR contributor) Anthony Esolen went on Fox News’ morning show, Fox & Friends, last week to discuss his recent book, Ten Ways to Destroy the Imagination of Your Child. What is clear is that the hosts of the show had no grasp whatsoever of the point of the book—their abrupt conclusion of the interview seems to indicate they thought they were being pranked by the good professor. The result is unintentionally hilarious—albeit pretty painful viewing:

The hosts got one thing right, however: I read the book earlier this year, and I agree it would make a great holiday gift!
